Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped within 1 - 7 days of receipt. Usually orders will go out the day after payment is received. If there is a reason your order will
be delayed, such as out of stock situations, you will be promptly notified and given an expected ship date. Shipping costs are based on the quantity
ordered and the shipping method. The lowest cost shipping option is USPS First Class Mail, which is $2.00 for one coin set shipped in the United States.
International Shipping
For shipping to Israel, the rates are $8.80 US Dollars for 1-2 coin sets, and $12.00 for more than two sets. Please contact us for shipping rates to other
countries.
Return Policy
You may return all items purchased at SoulCoin within 30 days of the
original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is
defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned
for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same
manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned
item.
